Alliance Christine O’Donovan Middle Academy is located in the Angeles Mesa Community/Crenshaw District of Los Angeles. The school shares a campus with and acts as a feeder school to Alliance William and Carol Ouchi High School.
 

Demographics and Average Daily Attendance

85% Hispanic and 15% African American, 29% English Language Learner (ELL) students, and 100% free or reduced meal program participants.  Average daily attendance is 97%.
 

Principal Profile

Edith Navarre has been working in education for more than 10 years, with a primary focus on the charter school system. She has worked as both a high school teacher and school administrator. Prior to taking over as Principal at Alliance Christine O’Donovan Middle Academy, Mrs. Navarre was a Site Administrator at Alliance Heritage College-Ready Academy High School (now Alliance Judy Ivie Burton Technology Academy High School). She holds a B.A. and a master's degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, as well as a master's degree from Loyola Marymount University.
